Shipping Costs:
We will ship all packages insured USPS priority mail. Shipping charges are based on product weights and shipping zones.

Order and Shipping Terms:
We pride ourselves in the fact that our products are handmade in small batches, because of this please allow up to 7 days for your order to be filled. Shipping times will vary – please allow 4 – 10 days delivery time. This time frame is separate from order processing. On most accassions you will be notified via email when your package has been shipped, and if applicable, you will be given a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If the product arrives damaged or not as described we will replace the item with the same item or we will issue an exchange or refund. Before you return the item please contact customer service at stacey@starhitchedwagon.com, we will then review the issue and decide the next step to take. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order.

Backorders
If an item is not available at the time your order is placed you will be notified as soon as possible. You may then decide to cancel the item, hold your whole order until that item is available, or ship separately (at customer’s expense) when the item becomes available.
