Are all of your products of the website?
New products are always in development here at Star Hitched Wagon™. Please don’t hesitate to email us your product requests or suggestions.


Can you customize gift sets?
Yes we can. If you have an idea about particular products that aren’t already in a gift set we would be happy to work with you. Please email us at stacey@starhitchedwagon.com with your request and we will go from there.


How do I register a complaint if I am not happy with something?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and Star Hitched Wagon™ products. If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of our company please email us at stacey@starhitchedwagon.com and we will address you situation with full attention.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, not at this time.

Do you store any credit card or financial information?
Since we use paypal for credit card payments, we never see your credit card information. We will use your contact information for shipping and correspondence. We will store your mailing information for future sales and promotions only if the option is selected.


Have any of Star Hitched Wagon™ products ever been tested on animals?
No, we never test any of our products on animals – only us and our willing family and friends.


Do you offer gift certificates?
Sure we do! There is a gift certificate on our shopping cart pages, you can choose the amount and who to send it to.


Do you offer free Samples?
In order to keep our costs down we are not able to offer free samples. But we do offer trial sizes of many products for purchase, if you are not sure of which products to go with. We would be happy to answer any questions that you might have about any of our products. stacey@starhitchedwagon.com


Why do you use the ingredients you use and what are the benefits of each?

Do you have a wholesale policy?
We do have a wholesale policy, and would love to have you carry our line of Bath and Body Products and/or Jewelry.  Currently our minimum opening order is $200.00, with each order thereafter at $100.00, with minimums of 3 per item per fragrance.  You must provide us with your business license or sales tax license.  Please email any questions to: stacey@starhitchedwagon.com  I would be happy to stick our full policy in the mail.
